Jesse Griffin takes over as SVP Operations
Jesse Griffin will take over the position of Senior Vice President Operations and Spokesperson for the Regional Area Northern Europe & Israel (NEI) on March 1, 2024. Griffin will continue to be based in Stuttgart. He will continue in his current role within the Regional Area Continental Europe (COE). Dave Denver has resigned from his NEI position, and will leave Exyte by the end of February 2024 to pursue other opportunities outside of the company.

Mark Garvey has been appointed to the Executive Board of Exyte
Effective 18 December 2023, Mark Garvey (57) has been appointed to the Executive Board of Exyte. As CEO Advanced Technology Facilities, Garvey is responsible for the Global Business Unit Advanced Technology Facilities. His additional responsibilities within the Executive Board are currently aligned with the shareholders and will be announced in due course. Garvey will continue to work out of Singapore.

Exyte acquires TTP Group to accelerate growth of Biopharma and Life Sciences business
Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, intends to acquire TTP Group (“TTP”), a leading firm in consulting and engineering for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry in Europe. TTP’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of engineering services, from feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, to construction management, as well as commissioning, qualification, and validation services. Exyte and the financial investor Robus Capital along with minority shareholders of TTP have signed the respective definite agreements. The purchase price has been agreed to remain confidential. The transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

Exyte GmbH (Exyte), a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, is poised for a robust expansion trajectory in the USA. In line with its “follow-the-client” strategy, Exyte is ramping up its service and production network as well as its workforce in key strategic locations across the country. In the medium run, the company plans to create approximately 1,000 additional positions in the USA. With the official opening of its new regional office in Boise, Idaho, Exyte expands its national footprint to the Northwest.

Exyte acquires CollabraTech Solutions
Exyte, a leading company in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, has completed the acquisition of CollabraTech Solutions, a specialist in delivery systems and contract manufacturing services. The US-based company specializes in the design, development, and optimization of ultrahigh purity critical process equipment for highly complex semiconductor manufacturing. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, CollabraTech Solutions employs approximately 70 people. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the purchase agreement.

The following personnel changes are taking place in the Executive Board of Exyte. Mark Garvey joined the Executive Board in December 2023. Elena Bashkeeva will join the Executive Board of the global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of ultra-clean and sustainable facilities for high-tech industries in April 2024.
