Exyte GmbH (Exyte), a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, is poised for a robust expansion trajectory in the USA. In line with its “follow-the-client” strategy, Exyte is ramping up its service and production network as well as its workforce in key strategic locations across the country. In the medium run, the company plans to create approximately 1,000 additional positions in the USA. With the official opening of its new regional office in Boise, Idaho, Exyte expands its national footprint to the Northwest.

Exyte announces Katrien Verlinden as new President of its Global Business Unit Advanced Technology Facilities
Exyte’s Executive Board has appointed Katrien Verlinden to the position of President of the Global Business Unit (GBU) Advanced Technology Facilities (ATF) effective April 14, 2025. Based in Singapore, she will report to Mark Garvey who has served as President ATF since January 2020 and since December 2023 also filled the roles of CEO ATF and Executive Board Member. With Verlinden’s joining, Mark Garvey will focus on his role as Board Member and CEO of ATF in the future. ATF is Exyte’s largest business segment by sales, primarily active in the semiconductor and battery cell sectors.

Recently, Exyte celebrated the first-ever Exyte Operational Excellence Awards. The Exyte Operational Excellence Awards are a new company-internal initiative dedicated to recognizing and celebrating outstanding project achievements from the past year.

Exyte wins top prize at 10th SPMI “Project of the Year Awards”
Exyte claimed the top spot at the 10th Singapore Project Management Institute (SPMI) Project of the Year Awards for its successful completion of the project “FabNext” for Siltronic in Singapore. Competing in the Engineering and Construction category for large projects valued at over SGD 200 million (approximately EUR 150 million), the awards honors organizations for their accomplishments in executing major projects in Singapore.

The event, held in San Francisco, CA, USA, was attended by top-level management of Micron and its suppliers, including Exyte. This award highlights Exyte’s commitment to excellence in quality, innovation, and collaboration with Micron, a global leader in memory and storage solutions.

Exyte has successfully completed the acquisition of TTP Group (“TTP”). The transaction, announced in September 2024, has closed following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals. Exyte will combine TTP's operations with its own Biopharma and Life Sciences activities in Europe, aiming to establish an even stronger partnership with the rapidly growing European biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Exyte today announced the new name and brand identity Exentec for its business area Technology & Services, a leading global provider of advanced cleanroom and production environment solutions. In the future, the business area and its associated subsidiaries and brands will operate globally under the name Exentec. As a member of the Exyte Group, Exentec is committed to supporting high-tech industries with innovative solutions in response to rapid growth and market demands. Starting from early 2025, Exentec will bring all aspects of the business area under one cohesive brand identity.

Exyte acquires TTP Group to accelerate growth of Biopharma and Life Sciences business
Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, intends to acquire TTP Group (“TTP”), a leading firm in consulting and engineering for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry in Europe. TTP’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of engineering services, from feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, to construction management, as well as commissioning, qualification, and validation services. Exyte and the financial investor Robus Capital along with minority shareholders of TTP have signed the respective definite agreements. The purchase price has been agreed to remain confidential. The transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
