Exyte claimed the top spot at the 10th Singapore Project Management Institute (SPMI) Project of the Year Awards for its successful completion of the project “FabNext” for Siltronic in Singapore. Competing in the Engineering and Construction category for large projects valued at over SGD 200 million (approximately EUR 150 million), the awards honors organizations for their accomplishments in executing major projects in Singapore.

Exyte has successfully completed the acquisition of TTP Group (“TTP”). The transaction, announced in September 2024, has closed following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals. Exyte today announced the new name and brand identity Exentec for its business area Technology & Services, a leading global provider of advanced cleanroom and production environment solutions. In the future, the business area and its associated subsidiaries and brands will operate globally under the name Exentec. Starting from early 2025, Exentec will bring all aspects of the business area under one cohesive brand identity. 

Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, has completed the acquisition of Kinetics Group. The transaction, announced in April 2024, closed on October 15, 2024, following receipt of all required regulatory approvals.

Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, intends to acquire TTP Group (“TTP”), a leading firm in consulting and engineering for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry in Europe. TTP’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of engineering services, from feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, to construction management, as well as commissioning, qualification, and validation services. Exyte and the financial investor Robus Capital along with minority shareholders of TTP have signed the respective definite agreements. The purchase price has been agreed to remain confidential. The transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
